Refunds

Pingdeck is the seller of record for your subscription. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, netbanking, and cards); we handle billing and refunds directly rather than through a third-party merchant of record.

First purchase

New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge — just reach out and we’ll process it with no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal charges aren’t automatically refunded, but cancel any time before renewal and you won’t be charged again — access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
