1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of Pingdeck, a website monitoring and client-reporting service operated as an independent business (“we,” “us,” “Pingdeck”). By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the monitors you configure, the sites you point them at, and the accuracy of any client information you upload. You may only monitor targets you own or are authorized to monitor. Pingdeck is not a reconnaissance or load-testing tool, and probing is subject to abuse controls that block private/internal network addresses.

3. Billing

Pingdeck is the seller of record for your subscription. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, netbanking, and cards); we handle billing and invoicing for your subscription directly. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Downgrading never deletes your data — resources above your new plan’s limits are paused, not removed, and there’s a resolution window before anything is purged. See our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Pingdeck to monitor targets you do not own or lack authorization to monitor, to circumvent rate limits of other services, or in any way that degrades the service for other customers. Please note that Pingdeck does not support SMS or voice-based alerts on any plan.

5. Data retention

Raw check results are retained 90 days; hourly rollups (the basis for uptime %, response-time trends, and your monthly reports) are retained 13 months. Deleting a monitor removes its future checks; historical data for it is retained per this schedule.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Pingdeck platform itself and publish our own status page. We don’t offer SLA credits.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time from Billing settings, effective at the end of the current period. We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use or fail payment after repeated retries are exhausted.

8. Liability

Pingdeck is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim arises.

We’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above if these terms change materially.

10. Who we are & contact

Pingdeck is operated by LOGICUES, a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Smruti Ratan Alone). Principal place of business: Tapadia Nagar, Akola, Maharashtra 444005, India. Tax status: not registered for GST at present (below the registration threshold); PAN and any tax identifiers are available to competent authorities and to customers on reasonable request. 11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service, are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
