Do you support SMS or phone call alerts?+
No — email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and webhooks. SMS pricing punishes agencies with many monitors, so we left it out on purpose.
Where do checks run from?+
Each monitor runs on a fixed schedule from our probe node, and — this is the part that matters — any failure is independently re-confirmed from a separate Cloudflare probe node, a different network vantage, before an incident opens or you're alerted. That second opinion is what filters out transient blips. More check regions are on the roadmap.
How long is data kept?+
Raw checks for 90 days, hourly rollups for 13 months — enough for a full year of monthly reports.
Can I cancel any time / get a refund?+
Cancel any time, effective at the end of your billing period. First purchases get a 14-day refund window — just email us.
