A branded PDF per client, monthly or on demand. Available on Starter and up.

What’s in it

• Uptime % for the period
• Incident list with durations
• Response-time trend (p50/p95)
• SSL and domain expiry status

Schedules

Pick a send day (1st through 5th of the month) and recipients per client — prefilled from the client’s contact email. Sections (uptime, incidents, response times, SSL/domain status) are individually toggleable. Use “Send test to me” before turning a schedule on.

Delivery

With a connected agency SMTP (see SMTP), reports are branded and sent from your own domain. Without one, reports still generate — they’re emailed to your own address with a download link, for manual forwarding.
