Alerting

Five channels, all available on Starter and up (Free includes email and generic webhook):

• Email — always available, on every plan.
• Telegram — connect a bot with a one-time code.
• Slack — paste an incoming webhook URL.
• Discord — paste a channel webhook URL.
• Generic webhook — HMAC-signed JSON POST to any endpoint you control.

Every channel has a “Send test” button — use it before you rely on it.

Routing

Rules resolve in this order: a monitor-specific rule wins outright if one exists; otherwise a client-level rule; otherwise your agency-wide default. Set the default once in onboarding, then override per client from a client’s Notifications tab.

Maintenance windows

Schedule a window (one-off or recurring weekly) against a client or specific monitors. Checks keep running, but incidents are suppressed and status pages show “maintenance” instead of “down” — so a planned deploy never pages a client.
