Data export

A self-serve export of everything in your workspace — for your own records, a migration, or a GDPR data-portability request (Article 20). Available on every plan.

Requesting an export

In Settings → Workspace, click Export my data. The export is built in the background and a download link is emailed to you when it’s ready — the link is signed and expires after 7 days. You can request one export per workspace per day.

• Clients, monitors, status pages, and their configuration
• Incidents and their event timelines
• 90 days of raw check results
• 13 months of uptime/response-time rollups

Everything is packaged as a single downloadable ZIP.

Processing agreement

Pingdeck is built to be GDPR-ready, and a Data Processing Agreement is available at /legal/dpa for agencies that need one on file for their own clients.
