Subprocessors

We keep this list short on purpose. Each subprocessor below only receives the data required for its stated purpose.

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — Primary hosting for the application and its PostgreSQL database, and the S3-compatible object storage that holds encrypted, off-box database backups.
• Cloudflare — Edge network, DNS, TLS, and CDN caching for status pages, plus the independent secondary probe that confirms a failure from a separate vantage point before any alert is sent.
• Brevo — Transactional email delivery for Pingdeck's own account/billing notifications (not client-facing alert or report mail, which routes through your own SMTP when connected).
• Razorpay — Payment processing for subscriptions (UPI, netbanking, and cards). Pingdeck is the seller of record and handles billing directly.
• GitHub — Source control and CI/CD for building and deploying the service (no customer monitoring data).

We’ll email account owners in advance of adding a new subprocessor.
