Status pages
A public page per client at https://pingdeck.logicues.com/s/{slug}, or your own domain on Pro and up.
Builder
The builder is a two-pane editor: a config panel on the left, a live preview of the real public page on the right. Changes autosave as a draft — nothing goes live until you hit “Publish changes.”
Branding
Logo, accent color, light/dark/auto theme, page title, and footer text. On Free, a “Powered by Pingdeck” badge is fixed at the bottom — removing it is the reason agencies upgrade to Starter.
Sections
Toggle and reorder: 90-day uptime bars per monitor, a response-time chart, incident history (default 90 days), and maintenance notices.
Email subscribers
On Starter and up, a published status page can show a “Subscribe to updates” form. A visitor enters their email and confirms via a double opt-in link — the subscription is only active once they click it, so nobody can sign someone else up. Confirmed subscribers are emailed automatically when an incident opens and again when it resolves, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Turn the form on or off per status page in the builder.
Embedding
The public page is a normal, fast-loading URL — link to it directly, or embed it in an iframe on your own marketing or client-facing site.
noindex
Every status page has a noindex toggle if you’d rather a client’s status page not show up in search results.
