Client portal
A read-only login where a client sees only their own monitors and reports — no Pingdeck branding, no access to your other clients. Available on the Agency plan.
Inviting a client
Open the client, go to its Portal tab, and send a portal invite to a contact’s email. There’s nothing for them to install and no password to manage.
How a client signs in
Sign-in is passwordless. The contact enters their email and receives a one-time magic link; clicking it starts a read-only session. Links are single-use and expire — requesting a fresh one is a click away if an old link stops working.
What they see
- An overview of the client’s monitors and their current up/down status.
- Their branded PDF reports, available to download.
The portal is strictly read-only: a client can view status and pull reports, but can’t change monitors, alerts, or any workspace settings. For a fully public view instead, use a status page.
